First & last. Not a pleasurable experience. As a Haitian-American who is fluent in Haitian Creole, I thought this barber shop would be great. The barbers spoke a bit in English, thus I requested in English, a fade with 3-level hair on top. Instead I received 1 and my hairline was sprayed on similar to a child’s (2 mistakes). I wish the barber asked me about those crucial things before proceeding, I would have fully understood his creole. In addition to this, the environment was very loud & some were even yelling at my barber to not give someone my age a spray-on hairline, my barber, who assumed I didn’t understand, said I was a little child who needs it & said he knew what he was doing.
